The Tarbush data centre is located in the ERCOT West Hub, a major hub for renewable energy generation in Texas. According to ERCOT, the total installed renewable energy capacity in Texas as of January 2024 is 55 GW and the record renewable energy capacity is 35 GW, with the majority of the capacity located in the ERCOT West Hub. 

With a range of wind, solar and other renewable energy sources, the West Hub is well suited for wind power generation and benefits from nearby wind farms.
