OC'axe is produced in very small batches in a small forge in Germany. We are an innovative start-up and everything needs time to wake up. However, we are full of ideas and want to make the Bitaxe world even better than it already is with our innovative products.

Through surveys in the community and the numerous feedbacks, we know that the demand is extremely high. Since we can only expand our capacities slowly, we have considered an ordering system that tries to create a balance.

Note that OC'axe is a product for enthusiasts who know what they are getting into. We only deliver the case, which consists of 11 parts. The case comes pre-assembled – we will provide instructions for assembly and installation (currently in progress). Our primary goal is to deliver a high-quality product. Quality comes before quantity.

Processing of the waiting list

This order form is binding and each submission gets an internal ID in the system with a timestamp so that we can determine exactly when the order was placed.

We don't believe in taking pre-orders and making you wait a long time. This only leads to frustration for both sides. For this reason, the ordering system is as follows:

  • You place a binding order for 1-3 OC'axe using this form. Unfortunately, we have to introduce a limit of a maximum of 3 pieces per person.
  • Your order will be registered internally and processed manually. We will send you an invoice that is to be paid within 3 days. From that point on, you know that it is your turn and that we accept your order. If a payment is not made within 3 days, your order will be moved to the end of the waiting list.
  • Payment is made in two ways via IBAN or Lightning, alternatively, by agreement, it can be made on-chain via Bitcoin.
  • Shipping costs are calculated depending on your delivery location and are charged via UPS or DHL. Shipping costs are listed on the invoice. Please note that, depending on your delivery location, import duties and taxes may apply, which you pay directly in your country.
  • Please allow for the shipment of your OC'axe to take a maximum of 14 days. Depending on how quickly the shipping company delivers, there may be additional delays.
  • Please understand that we can only slowly meet the high demand at the moment. This way, however, we do not collect money in advance unnecessarily. Here the principle applies: first come, first served.
  • Note that your address must be as precise as possible so that it can be kept as short as possible for delivery and processing by customs.

 

The price per OC'axe unit is 300 EUR before taxes. If necessary, taxes will be added to the regular price. Shipping costs will also be added.

You can boost your order. Depending on the additional amount in EUR that you add to the regular OC'axe price, your position on the waiting list will be moved up. The highest amount from all boosts will be added at the top. This option is completely optional and will only shorten your waiting time. However, by choosing this type of support, you are helping us to scale our capacity and work on further development.
